Introduction
Welcome to Canton Rolloff, LLC. By renting a dumpster rolloff from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully to ensure a clear understanding of our policies and your responsibilities.
Rental Agreement
- Rental Period: The rental period is defined at the time of booking. Extensions must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees.
- Payment: Full payment is due upon delivery of the dumpster. We accept online scheduling and payment.
- Delivery and Pickup: We will deliver and pick up the dumpster at the agreed-upon times. Any changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Placement: The customer is responsible for providing a suitable location for the dumpster. We are not liable for any damage to driveways, lawns, or other property.
- Weight Limits: Each dumpster has a weight limit, specified at the time of booking. Exceeding the weight limit may result in additional charges. Please see Overfilling below.
Prohibited Items
For the safety of our team and the environment, the following hazardous materials are strictly prohibited from being placed in our dumpsters:
- Asbestos
- Batteries
- Chemical products
- Flammable liquids
- Freon-containing appliances (e.g., refrigerators, air conditioners)
- Hazardous waste
- Herbicides and pesticides
- Industrial drums
- Infectious waste
- Medical waste
- Oil filters
- Paint (unless dried completely)
- Petroleum-contaminated soil or lead paint chips
- Propane tanks
- Radioactive materials
- Railroad ties
- Solvents
- Tires
- Transmission oil, motor oil, antifreeze
- Any other toxic or hazardous materials
Customer Responsibilities
- Loading: The customer is responsible for loading the dumpster in a safe manner, ensuring that materials are evenly distributed and do not exceed the fill line.
- Prohibited Items: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that no prohibited items are placed in the dumpster. Additional charges and legal consequences may apply for violations, including fees associated with the disposal of hazardous materials.
- Site Access: Ensure clear and unobstructed access to the dumpster for delivery and pickup. Any delays caused by obstructions may result in additional fees.
- Permits: The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for the placement of the dumpster on public property.
Overfilling
If a 15-yard dumpster is filled beyond its intended capacity—either by volume or visible load height—it may be considered a 20-yard load at the discretion of Canton Rolloff, LLC. In such cases, the customer will be charged at the 20-yard dumpster rate.
Example: If you rent a 15-yard dumpster and continue to fill it above the fill line or load it with enough material to exceed the 15-yard volume, your load may be reclassified and billed as a 20-yard dumpster rental. This policy helps ensure safe transport and proper disposal handling.
Liability and Indemnity
- Damage to Property: Canton Rolloff, LLC is not responsible for any damage to the customer’s property resulting from the placement or removal of the dumpster.
- Injury: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Canton Rolloff, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the customer’s use of the dumpster.
- Compliance: The customer agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding waste disposal.
Termination
Canton Rolloff, LLC reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the customer fails to comply with these Terms of Service.
Amendments
Canton Rolloff, LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
